I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. The large rooms and great breakfast buffet were definitely highlights. However, the check-in process left much to be desired, with delays and a lack of communication from staff. Additionally, my requests during my stay showed room for improvement in service training. Overall, it was decent but not without its flaws.
